Private trapeze/aerial yoga class

Aerial/ trapeze yoga is the best type of yoga to work gently with your body. It helps you to stretch your body and to quiet your mind. It brings your inner child alive and after the class you will feel regenerated and overall positive and in fantastic good spirits.

The Principle of Face Yoga is based on how the face has muscles as the rest of the body and as you can work the muscles of your body to have a fit healthy looking body, the same applies to your face. Working out the muscles of your face and bringin awareness to our facial habits can dramatically improve the fine lines of our face and to define or jaw or even our eyes.

In this class you will learn new techniques to work out the muscles of your face and smooth of those wrinkles. Face Yoga is the natural alternative to botox.


Only in few sessions you will be able to see the results.


I will share with your tips of what to do at home to help your face and skin to look it best.

I hope everybody is feeling healthy and safe during this time.

We are going trough historical times and I feel most of us are aware of it. Isolation can be sometimes very hard so it is very important you keep healthy and strong mentally and physically.

I am a Yoga Teacher based in London in Stoke Newington and before the lockdown I used to teach live classes there. Now everything is moving online as we cannot do group classes anymore for the time being.

Some of you know I have a yoga channel in You Tube AZAHARA YOGA and and Instagram account @azaharayoga.

In my Instagram account I run monthly challenges that might insterest you and in my You Tube channel you have many classes for free.

Hoewer I have decided to teach live online on a pay as you want basis for those that might prefer this format so we still can have a Live yoga class with me.
