Come and discover a new way of doing yoga.

Our teacher is a 500+YTT qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and CIMSPA, who has also trained in modern dance at City Lit in London, aerial circus skills at National Centre for Circus Arts in London, and pole dance. She has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create a unique aerial yoga class for you.

Classes are held at a beautiful location in SE16.

Please note it is essential that students pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers.

Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.

The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.

Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.

Avoid aerial inverts if you have:

• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Back or leg fracture
• Osteoporosis
• Hernia
• Vertigo
• Bone weakness
• Recent head injury
• Cerebral sclerosis
• Propensity for fainting
• Artificial hips
• Carpal Tunnel syndrome
