Our teacher is a qualified yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create an unique aerial yoga class for you.
Classes are held at an independent studio in the heart of Stoke Newington by Clissold Park. A beautiful and spacious studio located in a warehouse in a private quiet spot near the park. We are local independent yoga aerial yoga teachers looking forward to making you discover a new type of yoga.
If you haven't done aerial yoga before, I strongly recommend you to at least do it once in your life.
