Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for becoming a
member of AZAHARA YOGA. I’m excited to have you onboard.

• Upfront Payment: All payments for sessions, workshops, and courses must be made upfront via our online booking system or by bank transfer prior to the scheduled date to secure your space.

• Standard Session Cancellations: Individual group sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charge.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the session start time are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions can be made for any reason, including but not limited to: illness, family emergency, tavel delays, public transport issues, parking difficulties, or work commitments.

• Private Sessions: Private one-to-one bookings are completely non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of purchase, as studio hire fees are locked in immediately. No cancellations or reschedules can be accepted for private sessions.

• Health Screening Responsibilities: It is the participant’s responsibility to review the comprehensive health criteria listed in the description box of their chosen session before completing their purchase. Late cancellations or non-attendance due to a pre-existing medical condition discovered after booking remain strictly subject to our standard 72-hour policy.

• Class Pass Usage: If you are using a multi-session class pass pack and cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, or fail to attend, you will automatically forfeit that session credit from your pack.

• Passes, Vouchers & Prepaid Offers: One-off purchases—including class passes, bundles, and gift vouchers—carry a strict validity period from the date of purchase. These promotional offers are entirely non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended beyond their original expiration date under any circumstances.

• Workshops & Special Events: Workshops, courses, programmes, and special events must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. No refunds or credits can be issued for workshop or event cancellations made outside of this 14-day window.

• Late Arrivals & Entry: To maintain safety during our aerial yoga practice and ensure a serene environment for the Savasana Sound Bath, doors open 10 minutes before the session starts and close precisely at the start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry into the studio under any circumstances, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed attendance due to lateness.

• Third-Party Processing Fees: Please note that digital transaction processing fees (such as PayPal fees) incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

• Timetable Alterations: Sessions may occasionally be subject to management cancellation, teacher substitution, or minor time changes. In the rare event that a session is fully cancelled by the studio, a full credit or refund will be issued.
