This is a one-hour corporate mat-yoga class at the workplace in London (within the M25).
These sessions are designed to boost focus, improve posture, help staff unwind, de-stress, re-energise during the workday, and give them a real reset.
I am a qualified 500+ hour teacher with 6 years of experience teaching yoga and with over 15 years of experience in yoga.
Classes can be held in English, Italian, Spanihs and Russian.
These classes are open to all levels.
