AERIAL YOGA PROGRESSION
4-Week Intermediate Course
You've learned the basics. Now it's time to connect the dots.
Ready to take your aerial yoga practice further?
This four-week progressive course is designed for students who already feel comfortable in the hammock and want to develop greater control, strength, confidence and fluidity.
Rather than learning isolated poses, we'll explore how to connect movements together and create a more dynamic aerial practice.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE
WEEK 1 — CONTROL & STRENGTH
Develop core stability, shoulder strength, balance and controlled movement in the hammock.
WEEK 2 — INVERSIONS & TRANSITIONS
Explore progressive inversions, controlled entries and exits, and the transitions that connect one shape to another.
WEEK 3 — DYNAMIC AERIAL FLOW
Move beyond individual postures and start linking shapes into flowing sequences using breath, strength and mobility.
WEEK 4 — CREATE YOUR FLOW
Bring your skills together to create a longer aerial sequence, with individual progressions and challenges depending on your experience.

Recent changes: Recent surgeries, abdominal discomfort, or hernias
Bones & Joints: Joint replacements, hip, knee, shoulder, or neck issues, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, bone weakness, or osteoporosis
Spine & Back: Back or leg fractures, spinal injuries, or unspecified back pain
Circulation & Heart: Heart disorders, high blood pressure, or low blood pressure
Head & Senses: Vertigo, balance disorders, a propensity for fainting, recent head injuries, migraines, or sensory disorders affecting your eyes or ears
Internal Wellness: Epilepsy, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, asthma, respiratory issues, severe head colds, or sinusitis
Skin & Comfort: Unhealed scratches, open wounds, or active skin flare-ups (as the deep pressure, binding, and friction of the fabric can be painful or cause further irritation to your skin)
